BEFORE FILLING OUT THE FORM:
- The appointment must be adjusted to the laboratory hours. (Monday-Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. / Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. / Sundays and Holidays: 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.).
- Serological Test not available Saturdays from 13.30h, Sundays and Holidays.
- For minors without an identity document or passport, fill in the form with the minor patient’s data and in the passport field enter a mobile phone number of the parent or legal guardian.
- Both the prior appointment and the online ordering must be done 1 by 1. This is, you cannot request several appointments or place several orders at the same time.
- Once the form is submitted, you will receive a verification email, with the discount coupon code of 20% available for weekdays (single use, an expiration of 24h) exclusive for online purchase.
- Return Policy: if the patient has paid an online order but finally doesn’t go the clinic, they will have 30 days from receipt of the order to request a refund of their money from Clínica Indautxu. The refund of the amount may take up to 72 hours, business days. To make a return, click here.
- Upon arrival at the clinic, show the confirmation email with the day and time. Inform us upon arrival that you have an appointment to reduce the waiting time.
- In case of having any problem when submitting the form, remember that you have to have the browser updated to the latest version and preferably use Google Chrome.
- If you have problems filling in the form or making an appointment within hours, write to cliente@clinicaindautxu.com, sending all the requested information.
Frecuently asked questions
How to access the results?
We offer 3 options:
1- You will receive an email with a link, with the test result in PDF.
2- In the upper right part of our website ( www.clinicaindautxu.com ) in the patient access section you can access the results in PDF format
3- You can also go to the reception of the clinic, without waiting in line and we will give you the results.
Do the results come in more languages?
The results are given in Spanish and English.
With the results of the analytics, can I travel to other countries?
The QR code appears in the result, in order to verify its authenticity, if it is required at airports or according to which countries.
